what are icc printer profiles?
The same image file will print differently on each different printer/paper combination. (Brightness, Vibrancy, Tone and Color will all print variably on different papers).
ICC files are used to digitally proof, edit and optimize your photo to suit each paper in photoshop or a similar photo editing software. This ensures your final photo print looks similar to how you view it on a color calibrated monitor.
Do i need to use Icc profiles?
For the best photo printing results, ICC profiles need to be used in conjunction with expensive, color accurate monitors and color calibration equipment.
